Scope

This policy describes the iOS game Oversummer and its current features. It is the game-specific policy; descriptions of advertising or analytics SDKs in our general policy do not apply to this version of Oversummer.

Your device

Your survival save, settings, tutorial history, promotion preferences and diamond wallet are stored on your device. There is no developer account or developer-operated cloud save. These records support gameplay, purchases and your choices.

Apple services

In-app purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. The game verifies transactions and stores transaction IDs to avoid duplicate delivery. We do not receive your payment-card details. If you use Game Center, Apple associates your submitted survival score with your Game Center player ID and display name. Leaderboards display names and scores. Apple processes these services under its own privacy policy. You can manage Game Center in iOS Settings.

Promotions

Promotions for our other games are bundled with the app. This version contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDK and does not use an advertising identifier or cross-app tracking. Your App Store region chooses the appropriate store link. Opening a promotion takes you to Apple's App Store; it does not install another game automatically. You can dismiss or report a promotion and hide that creative on this device.

Storage and deletion

Starting a new survival run replaces that run, including its unused action cards; it keeps settings and the remaining diamond balance. Removing the app deletes its local files and preferences. The diamond wallet is excluded from backup and has no cross-device synchronization: deleting the app or changing devices can lose unspent diamonds. Finished consumable purchases cannot be recreated from purchase history by this app. Game Center records are managed by Apple separately.

Contact and reports

If you choose to send support email or a promotion report, your email provider and the developer receive the message and the information you include. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. We use support messages to respond and resolve your request. We retain them only as long as necessary for that purpose, any related dispute or a legal obligation; contact us to request access, correction or deletion. This game does not require contacts, photos, microphone, camera or location access.

Your choices and rights

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Apple operates its own services under its privacy policy. We remain responsible for our app and any integrations. We use appropriate measures to protect information under our control. Your rights under applicable data-protection law, including any right to complain to a supervisory authority, are not limited by this notice. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support message, contact us to request review and deletion. Follow the age rating and content descriptions shown for Oversummer in your App Store region.

Changes

We update this notice when the game's data practices change and request any permission required before starting new processing. Visiting our website is separate from using the game; this page is hosted by Google Sites, which may process browser and connection information under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy .

Cihazındaki bilgiler

Hayatta kalma kaydın, ayarların, öğretici geçmişin, tanıtım tercihlerin ve elmas cüzdanın cihazında saklanır. Geliştirici hesabı veya geliştiricinin işlettiği bulut kayıt sistemi yoktur. Bu kayıtlar oynanış, satın alma ve tercihlerin için kullanılır.

Apple hizmetleri

Uygulama içi satın almaları Apple, StoreKit üzerinden işler. Oyun işlemleri doğrular ve aynı satın almayı iki kez teslim etmemek için işlem kimliklerini saklar. Ödeme kartı bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz. Game Center kullanırsan Apple, gönderilen hayatta kalma puanını Game Center oyuncu kimliğin ve görünen adınla ilişkilendirir. Sıralamalar adları ve puanları gösterir. Apple bu hizmetleri kendi gizlilik politikasıyla işler. Game Center'ı iOS Ayarlar'dan yönetebilirsin.

Tanıtımlar

Diğer oyunlarımızın tanıtımları uygulamayla birlikte gelir. Bu sürümde üçüncü taraf reklam veya analiz SDK'sı bulunmaz; reklam kimliği ve uygulamalar arası takip kullanılmaz. App Store bölgen uygun mağaza bağlantısını seçmek için kullanılır. Bir tanıtımı açmak seni Apple App Store'a götürür; başka bir oyun otomatik yüklenmez. Tanıtımı kapatabilir veya bildirip o tanıtımı bu cihazda gizleyebilirsin.

Saklama ve silme

Yeni bir hayatta kalma oyunu başlatmak, kullanılmamış aksiyon kartları dahil mevcut koşuyu değiştirir; ayarların ve kalan elmas bakiyen korunur. Uygulamayı silmek yerel dosyaları ve tercihleri siler. Elmas cüzdanı yedeklemeye dahil edilmez ve cihazlar arasında eşitlenmez: uygulamayı silmek veya cihaz değiştirmek kullanılmamış elmasların kaybına yol açabilir. Tamamlanmış tüketilebilir satın almalar bu uygulamada satın alma geçmişinden yeniden oluşturulamaz. Game Center kayıtlarını Apple ayrıca yönetir.

İletişim ve bildirimler

Destek e-postası veya tanıtım bildirimi göndermeyi seçersen e-posta sağlayıcın ve geliştirici, mesajını ve eklediğin bilgileri alır. Göndermeyi seçene kadar hiçbir mesaj gönderilmez. Destek mesajlarını talebini yanıtlamak ve çözmek için kullanırız. Mesajları yalnızca bu amaç, ilgili uyuşmazlık veya yasal yükümlülük için gerekli olduğu sürece saklarız; erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebi için bize ulaşabilirsin. Bu oyun rehber, fotoğraf, mikrofon, kamera veya konum erişimi istemez.

Tercihlerin ve hakların

Kişisel bilgilerini satmayız veya hedefli reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız. Apple kendi hizmetlerini kendi gizlilik politikasıyla işletir. Uygulamamız ve entegrasyonlarıyla ilgili sorumluluğumuz sürer.
