PRIVACY POLICY FOR MOBILE APPS AND GAMES BY FATIH BECEREN

1. SCOPE AND CONTACT

This policy applies to all mobile applications and games developed and published by Fatih Beceren, Türkiye. The data used by an individual app depends on its version, platform and enabled features. An app’s privacy notice and App Store privacy disclosures explain the features that apply to that app. This policy is a privacy notice, not consent to optional tracking. 2. LOCAL GAME DATA

Games may store progress, virtual currency, inventory, preferences and saved sessions on your device. Local data is not automatically the same as data collected by us. Where a game offers cloud saves or online features, the relevant service processes the data needed for that feature. You can replace or reset local saves using the controls available in the game, or remove local app data by deleting the app. Device and cloud backups are managed by their respective providers and may retain a copy.

3. DATA PROCESSED BY ONLINE SERVICES

Depending on the app and your choices, services may process device and app identifiers, advertising identifiers such as IDFA, hardware and operating-system information, language, IP address and network information, installation and app-activation events, gameplay interactions, purchase events, session information, and crash or performance diagnostics. Identifiers and pseudonymous information can be personal data. We use these data to provide requested features, maintain security and reliability, understand performance and usage, and, where permitted, measure advertising or display ads. We do not request sensitive permissions unless a particular feature requires them and explains the purpose.

4. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS AND PERMISSION

Some apps include advertising or analytics SDKs, which may include Meta (Facebook), Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Unity Ads or Unity Analytics. These services are used only in apps that include the relevant integration; listing a provider here does not mean every app uses it. Tracking may link app or device data with information from other companies’ apps or websites for advertising or measurement. On Apple platforms, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before tracking or accessing IDFA. We respect a refusal or restriction and do not make gameplay or paid content conditional on tracking permission. An Apple permission dialog does not replace any additional consent required by applicable law. Non-tracking processing is limited to disclosed purposes and the permissions or legal basis applicable to the feature.

5. MANAGING YOUR CHOICES

You can manage Apple tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and in the app’s system settings. Where an app provides an advertising or privacy control, you can also use that control to review your choice. Denying permission must not prevent ordinary gameplay. Withdrawing consent stops future processing that depends on that consent; it does not automatically erase data already collected lawfully. For data already held by a provider, use its privacy tools or contact us for help with a request relating to our integration.

6. APPLE, GAME CENTER AND PURCHASES

The App Store processes purchases and subscriptions, if offered. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple. Apps with optional Game Center features may send scores or achievements to Apple and display player names, account identifiers and leaderboard information. Apple manages Game Center accounts and its platform data. Manage Game Center in iOS Settings. Any other online, multiplayer or cloud feature is governed by its disclosed purpose and applicable provider information.

7. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DATA SHARING

We share data only for the purposes described in this policy and the relevant app’s disclosures. We require third parties receiving user data to provide the same or equal protection as this policy and Apple’s requirements. Our responsibility for the app and its integrations is not removed by using an SDK. Providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to applicable safeguards and law. 8. SUPPORT AND DATA RETENTION

If you choose to contact us, we receive the email address and information you include in your message and use them to respond. Do not send information that is unnecessary for your request. We retain support messages and any data under our control only as long as needed for their disclosed purpose, to resolve a request or dispute, or to meet a legal obligation. Local data remains until you reset or remove it. Apple and SDK providers retain the data they process under their published policies, service needs and legal obligations; retention is not identical for every app or provider.

9. ACCESS, CORRECTION AND DELETION

To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about data associated with an app, email fatihbcrn@hotmail.com and identify the app and request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your request. We respond as required by applicable law and help route requests concerning our integrations. You can also exercise available rights directly with Apple, Meta, Google or Unity through their privacy controls. Deleting a local game save or uninstalling an app does not by itself delete records previously held by a third-party service.

10. CHILDREN AND AGE RATINGS

Our apps have different audiences and content. Follow each app’s age rating and content information in your App Store region; not all games are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law. Child-directed apps and services must use age-appropriate data practices, consent and SDK configurations. We respect platform restrictions on tracking. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and arrange deletion or other appropriate action.

11. SECURITY AND YOUR RIGHTS

We limit data use to the purposes described, minimize unnecessary collection and use appropriate storage, access and secure-transmission measures. No system guarantees absolute security. Depending on your location, you may have additional data-protection rights and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. This policy does not waive those rights.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We update this policy and its date when our practices change. Where required, we provide notice and obtain permission before new processing that requires consent.
